Grab a comfy seat – sun or shade, your choice – treat yourself to a coffee at the bar, and have your camera at the ready, as we leave Rhodes at 10:00 am and set sail for Symi.

Our first stop is St. George’s Bay, a spectacular natural bay on the east coast of Symi that’s only accessible by boat. Here we’ll drop anchor for a refreshing 1.5 hours amid a backdrop of turquoise waters and wild, natural landscape. Slip into the silky, crystal-clear sea to swim, or borrow a snorkel to delve into the colourful underwater world. Alternatively sit back, sip a cocktail and just enjoy the view.

At 13h, we’ll set sail once more as we prepare to arrive in one of the most beautiful harbours in Greece. The first sight of Symi harbour is unforgettable. This mesmerising town rises like a natural amphitheatre from the water, overlooked by layers of neoclassical mansions decorated in a brightly coloured Mediterranean palette, and backed by imposing, barren mountains.

Enjoy three leisurely hours in Symi, pottering around the cosmopolitan harbour area, Yialos, and savouring lunch in a waterside taverna. Do try the island’s signature dish – Symi shrimp – then work off lunch with a climb up the infamous Kali Strata to the old town, Horio, which offers spectacular harbour views.

Return boarding begins at 16h for a 16.30 departure, arriving back in Rhodes at 18h.
