10 out of 10! We chose our initial trip through a rep on Rhodes Harbour. It was $20 euros each for a boat trip to Symi Island, also stopping at St Georges Bay for snorkelling. I was a little uncertain as I have only ever booked trips through TUI etc, however we decided to go with them and we are so glad we did. From start to finish it was amazing. They picked us up from our hotel $10 pp, definitely worth the money. The driver was friendly, on time and very knowledgeable. We then picked up the boat to Symi. The trip was out of this world, St Georges Bay was stunning as was Symi. We would definitely recommend the tour and company to anyone. Worth every penny, so much so we booked a second trip with our driver on the way back to hotel. We ended up going on another boat trip to Lindos with snorkelling stops at Anthony Quinn Bay and Afandou Beach. Again the transfer to and from the hotel was smooth and the trip was excellent.
A must do when in Rhodes! We went on the boat trip to Lindos and to Symi Island and although we preferred the later, we’d definitely recommend both. Symi had one swimming stop and the boat gave you floats, life jackets and snorkelling masks. The island is beautiful and we had a lovely meal at Dolphin Pizza which was also quite cheap. Both the bay and the island are very picturesque and there’s lots of shopping on the island (but the shops are quite expensive). The boat ride itself was mainly surrounded by mountains but was slightly less time than the boat ride to Lindos. Lindos had a swimming stop on the way there and the way back. On this boat, you aren’t offered floats or snorkelling masks. The boat journey goes along the coast so is very picturesque and you see different and very beautiful coastlines. The trip to the Acropolis is a must and the views are amazing. However, the ascent is steep and it gets very hot. The beach here is beautiful. We upgraded our trip to include pick up from a hotel and this was ideal. Buses aren’t always reliable and the coach which picked up arrived promptly and had air con.
Me and my sister decided to go to Rhodos last minute and I really wanted us to enjoy this trip and then I found this tours company and I glad I did! We went to Symi by boat & Lindos by bus. Both trips were amazing and we really enjoy it. They pick us near our hotel and brought us back after for extra money but really worth it!!! Our driver was so nice and funny, unfortunately I don’t remember his name but he made our two days enjoyable! Symi is a beautiful island and worth to see it even tho it does take all days but I’m glad I did it! On Lindos trip we also met Maria which was our tour guide and she was so funny too and really nice. She has a big knowledge and I’m very impressed from her. Lindos is a very busy with a lot of people but overall I do think it’s worth to come and check it out. Anyway, both trips were amazing. Two days of fun and I really recommend Half Price Tours! It is worth the money and just make your trip better.
